These Terms & Conditions govern your use of VedVansh.
By using VedVansh, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
VedVansh provides digital access to services including:
Pooja booking
Temple offerings
Astrology consultation
Chat, audio call, and video call services
Family and spiritual content tools
Other related devotional or cultural services
2. Eligibility
You must be legally competent under applicable law to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Maintaining confidentiality of your account and OTP access
All activity under your account
Providing correct booking, address, and profile information
4. Bookings and Payments
Orders/bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
Prices may vary by service, provider, time, or region
Payments may be required in advance
A booking may only be considered confirmed after successful payment, where applicable
Failed or cancelled payments may result in pending, failed, or cancelled booking status
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund, cancellation, or reschedule rules may vary by service type
Certain services may become non-refundable after acceptance, slot blocking, or service fulfillment
If a refund is approved, it may take up to 7 working days or as per payment partner timelines
6. Consultations and Spiritual Services Disclaimer
Astrology, pooja, spiritual guidance, and related services are faith-based and informational in nature. They should not be treated as medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
Users are solely responsible for decisions taken based on consultations or spiritual guidance.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the app for fraud, abuse, harassment, or illegal activity
Impersonate another person
Misuse chat, audio, or video services
Upload false, obscene, infringing, or harmful content
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
8. Provider and Temple Services
VedVansh may connect users with astrologers, purohits, temples, or other service providers. While we may verify profiles or documents to a reasonable extent, VedVansh does not guarantee the conduct, outcome, or personal opinions of third-party providers.
9. Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, text, graphics, logos, software, and service structure belong to VedVansh or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without permission.
10. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for:
Policy violations
Fraudulent activity
Payment abuse
Misconduct toward providers or other users
Legal or operational reasons
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VedVansh shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Spiritual or consultation outcomes
Third-party payment failures
Provider no-shows, delays, or disputes
Network, device, or platform interruptions
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold VedVansh harmless from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.
