Refund & Cancellation Policy
for VedVansh
Effective Date: June 12, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services offered through VedVansh and VedVansh Master, including but not limited to pooja bookings, temple offerings, astrology consultations, chat, audio calls, video calls, and related digital or spiritual services.
1. General Rule
All cancellations, refunds, and payment adjustments are subject to service type, booking status, provider acceptance, timing, and platform review.
2. Pooja Booking Cancellation
A user may cancel a pooja booking only if cancellation is allowed under the booking conditions shown in the app.
Where applicable, pooja bookings may only be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pooja time.
Once a booking has been accepted, assigned, started, completed, or moved into a non-cancellable stage, cancellation may be restricted or denied.
3. Refund Timelines
If a refund is approved, it may be initiated within 7 working days
Actual credit timelines depend on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, card network, or financial institution
VedVansh is not responsible for bank-side settlement delays after refund initiation
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be available in cases such as:
Service already delivered
Pooja already accepted and substantially prepared
Missed appointment due to user unavailability
Wrong details entered by the user
Change of mind after confirmed processing
Completed astrology, chat, audio, or video consultation usage
Recharge or balance already partially or fully consumed
5. Failed or Incomplete Payments
If payment fails, the booking or order may remain incomplete, pending, or cancelled
A failed payment does not guarantee service confirmation
In such cases, the user may be asked to retry payment using available app options
6. Consultation Recharge Refunds
For astrology chat, audio, or video recharge:
Unused balance may remain available for use according to platform rules
Consumed minutes/time are non-refundable
Partial usage will reduce remaining balance accordingly
7. Temple Offering / Donation / Chadhawa
Temple offerings, donations, and devotional payments may be non-refundable once confirmed, processed, or forwarded for fulfillment, unless required otherwise by law or platform policy.
8. Provider No-Show / Non-Acceptance
If a provider:
does not accept within the defined time, or
becomes unavailable, or
the service cannot be fulfilled,
VedVansh may:
reassign the service,
reschedule it, or
approve refund/credit as per platform decision
9. Platform Discretion
VedVansh reserves the right to:
review each refund request individually
request supporting information
reject abusive, fraudulent, duplicate, or policy-violating claims
