These Terms govern the use of VedVansh Master by astrologers, purohits, and related providers.
1. Role of Platform
VedVansh Master enables providers to:
Manage their profile
Submit verification documents
Set pricing and availability
Manage bookings and requests
Access earnings and reports
Use chat/audio/video service tools where enabled
2. Eligibility
You must provide truthful, accurate, and lawful information. We may request documentation and may approve, reject, suspend, or review any provider profile at our discretion.
3. Provider Obligations
You agree to:
Maintain accurate profile and service details
Respect booked schedules and accepted orders
Behave professionally with users
Avoid false claims, fraud, impersonation, or misconduct
Use only approved payout and identity details
4. Verification and Approval
Submission of details does not guarantee approval. VedVansh Master may verify, reject, pause, or remove any provider profile or content.
5. Earnings and Settlements
Earnings may be subject to commission, deductions, taxes, refunds, penalties, or adjustments
Settlement timelines may vary
Disputes, cancellations, fraud checks, or complaints may delay settlements
6. Availability and Booking Responsibility
Providers are responsible for:
Updating availability correctly
Honoring accepted bookings
Using slot tools properly
Ensuring service preferences and modes are accurate
7. Restricted Conduct
Providers must not:
Harass or mislead users
Manipulate ratings or booking flows
Ask for off-platform payments unless explicitly allowed
Use fake documents or false profile data
Share obscene, unlawful, or infringing content
8. Suspension and Removal
VedVansh Master may suspend or terminate provider access for:
Fraud or abuse
Fake verification documents
Repeated cancellations or non-performance
Misconduct with users
Legal, quality, safety, or business concerns
9. Limitation of Liability
VedVansh Master is a platform and does not guarantee minimum bookings, income, or continuous availability of leads or users.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at UP / india.
